Place to get a new engine?

Well i'm looking for a new engine but i need to know GOOD places to pick up a new complete kit. i know a little about the import shops around like don't go to nagasaki(even though they're not out here anymore), cannonball is doing shit work now apparently, the guy that runs tyee is a douchebag those kinda things.

Ideally i'm thinking that i would like to get my engine installed at a reputable shop but from what i keep hearing most shops are hit and miss.

I'm looking to get some SR powaa and i've found some engine dealers that seem to have some fair prices

i heard from someone that Nagasaki motors is good...but someone else told me not to get from them......thats the best i got haha anyone else?
but i recon engines are not the easiest thing to sell with a decent guarantee on its condition, know what i mean? its like imported cars...some are good some are shit, and you dont really know until you get them.
